Our Mission
Windham Animal Control has applications for the low-income spay/neuter vouchers offered through the State of Connecticut's Animal Population Control Program. The vouchers are available to qualified pet owners and will be offered until the funds are exhausted, usually mid-fall. Call us at (860) 465-3087 to pick up an application or visit your DSS office, which also should have the applications.
Windham Animal Control's mission is to achieve the most efficient and effective use of resources for the benefit of the citizens and animals, to create an environment where people and pets are safe the community, and to minimize euthanasia by promoting Windham's dogs for adoption in as many ways as possible.
