Hi, my name is Galaxy; I am a 3-year-old terrier/poodle mix who was hit by a car. A lady saw me get hit and took me to the doctor. The vet said I am lucky that I didn't die because I'm so little; I'm only about 10 lbs! My leg was broken and I had a couple of cuts that had to be patched up.
My leg was set and the doc put a screw in, too. They gave me my shots and tested me for heartworms; the test said I'm negative!
Now all I have to do is get better so I can find a new home. I have to stay in the foster home for a while and then get spayed before I can leave.
My vet bill is $418. Please donate to The Queenie Foundation; they are really nice and I have a comfy bed to sleep in.
