PLEASE HELP POOR ABANDONED MISS RIZZO FIND THE RIGHT HOME!!

Poor Miss Rizzo was abandoned inside a closet in an apartment with her kittens and left to die. A kind man found her while renovating the apartment and rescued her and the kittens. Her babies found homes quickly (of COURSE!), and left mom behind. Is there anyone out there willing to give this loving mother kitty a good home?? She is very sweet and affectionate, but does not get along with dogs. If you can give this lovely girl the right home, PLEASE contact us. Is there ANYONE out there for Miss Rizzo??

Hidden Treasures will be having an ADOPTION DAY at Pet Supplies Plus on Albany Avenue in West Hartford on Saturday, February 13 from 10 am-2 pm AND at Pet Supplies Plus in Manchester on West Middle Turnpike on Sunday, February 14 from 10 am-2 pm. Victor, Sinatra, Morris, Tux, Hattie & Georgiana, Bear, Ben & Jerry, and Rain will be attending. Please stop by and give our kitties some love for Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year! We would like to heartily thank PET SUPPLIES PLUS for kindly allowing our kitties to stay at the West Hartford and Manchester stores. The exposure is fantastic for the cats, and the staff members are very kind and give the kitties lots of extra attention. Pet Supplies Plus has been instrumental in placing many of our homeless cats and kittens over the past five years, five of whom were senior cats. Kudos to PET SUPPLIES PLUS!!

Who We Are

We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to finding "forever homes" for all of our little hidden treasures. We also have special needs cats who can be helped through donations until they find new homes. If you are interested in helping someone with special needs, please e-mail for more information.

Adopting a friend

Anyone who is interested in adopting from us will need to fill out an application. Processing the application will take 1-2 business days, or may take longer in some cases. Please send us an e-mail and request an application. After the application is processed, you may make an appointment to pick up your new family member. All adopters will be required to sign an adoption contract and pay an adoption fee. *PLEASE NOTE: Hidden Treasures Adoption Center will NOT ship pets UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.* You MUST pick up your feline in person and transport the feline directly to your home. If the feline is being transported by air, you MUST bring the feline on board with you. Shipping animals is very dangerous and very stressful for the animal, and we will never put any of our pets in such a situation.

Virtual Shelter Service

We also offer a "virtual shelter" service. If you have a feline(s) that you would like to find new homes for, please send us an e-mail, and we will be glad to list your feline(s) on our website and screen applicants for you. There is no charge for this service. We require three clear photos of your feline(s) (at least one must be a frontal view of your feline's face, and at least one must be of your feline's entire body and head). We also require vaccination, spay/neuter, and test records, if available. We also require a description of your feline(s), including breed, sex, age, an explanation of any medical and/or behavioral problems, and compatability with other animals and children.
