5th Annual Rabies Clinic
Sunday, June 21st, 2009 10am-12pm
The rain held out for a short period of time during this years rabies clinic. 91 dogs and cats received their vaccine. Ice cream was enjoyed by all (even some of the dogs got lucky). Time was saved by people having to register their dogs with the city as registration was offered on-site. Plans are already in store for next years clinic so that even more animals can be protected from rabies. Thanks go to the volunteers and Banfield vet that offered their time.
Pepper lives up to her name. She is good natured and full of spice! She is a happy little soul and cute as can be and will make a fun companion for a person willing to work with her. There is a $50 charge for dogs that are not spayed/neutered. A certificate for spay/neuter is given at time of adoption. Dogs already sterilized are $5. Registration and vaccines are strongly mandated at time of adoption.
