We have established an Emergency Fund to help CT area animals in need. Your donation could save a life. Checks may be made payable and mailed to Sabita's Rescue, P.O. Box 353, East Glastonbury, CT 06025.
Who We Are
Sabita's Rescue is located in the scenic hills of Glastonbury. We are an animal rescue group that specializes in the rescue of displaced (owner surrender), abandoned & stray cats & dogs. Sabita's was founded and is run by Diane Sherriffs, an avid animal lover with over 18 years of experience in animal rescue.
Adopting a Friend
All of Sabita's Rescue animals (excluding young kittens) are altered & immunized. These animals are then placed either in our foster homes or at our rescue barn until a new, loving home can be found. We carefully screen each prospective adopter to ensure that our animals are being placed in a safe, loving environment that is suited to each pet's individual needs and personalities. Our adoption fee is normally $75 per kitten (unless otherwise stated). We offer a low cost spay/neuter program for our kittens and any other cats in need of this service. The cost is $75.00. The adoption fee for dogs varies. Please include your phone number with all e-mails.
