I am the Somers Animal Control Office for the Town of Somers. I handle animal complaints as well as some wildlife complaints.
What We Need
Somers Animal Control needs the following items: Dog & cat food and cat litter. If you have a leash, collar or bedding you no longer need - consider donating it.
Donations are always needed for the medical bills of the animals at the pound. Please make your checks out to Town of Somers Animal Medical Fund and mail to:

Adopting a friend
Currently animals are adopted out for $50.00. This is for the state animal population control program which entitles you to a voucher to have your pet spayed or neutered and two shots.
If the cat or dog is spayed or neutered the fee is only $5
