TarTan Gordon Setter Club Rescue covers all of New England and New York State East of the Hudson River..Our goal is to find new homes for Gordon Setters who find themselves abandoned, neglected or not wanted. We try to educate people about the Gordon personality to make sure the dogs are placed in appropriate new homes.
Adopting a friend
Everyone who inquires about Gordon Setter Rescue is required to complete an adoption application. We usually do home visits and check references.
We also charge adoption fees to cover the costs associated with our organization's work.(such as: vet bills, food, transportation costs, phone calls, etc.)
