We are a group of concerned citizens, shelters, rescues and animal welfare agencies that together make up a group of professionals dedicated to be the first line of defense in identification, investigation, housing and adoption of abused, mistreated, neglected and distressed animals in El Paso County, Colorado. We have establish protocols, procedures and education programs that are assisting the sheriff’s office and other agencies to work towards positive solutions to the tragic problem of animal abuse in El Paso County.
