About Us

The Street Cat Coalition is a small nonprofit all volunteer affiliate of the Colorado Animal Rescue, Inc. (CARE). Our mission is to assist the feral and stray cat population of Garfield County through a humane Trap-Neuter-Return program and loving in-home foster care. Our trap-neuter-return and foster care program is sucessful due to all the hours that volunteers put in. All the cats and kittens we have to offer are living in private foster care. There they are receiving appropriate health care and socialization within a home environment. All of our cats/kittens are tested for Feline Leukimia, current on vaccinations and are spayed or neutered before adoption. An application form and screening process must be completed before adoption and the fee is $50.00. For more information about our organization and/or about our cats feel free to visit our website, contact us at: info@streetcatcoalition.org or call Volunteer: Kathy Hall @ (970) 625-6173. Our volunteers are based out of their homes but can be reached at contact information above or our mailing address:
