Almost Home Adoptions is bursting with cats and kittens waiting for their forever homes. You will find them running, jumping, playing with each other, eating, purring and sleeping in their cage free room. These precious, homeless babies are ready for a warm lap and lots of love. When we opened Almost Home Adoptions for rescued cats in the fall of 2005, we knew the tremendous need for a rescue and adoption center in the northwest Denver area. However, we did not expect to have such a bitter-sweet success. Over 2100 hundred kitties have been admitted to Almost Home Adoptions. This means over 2100 lives have been saved! AND most of these precious kitties have found their forever homes! "Thank You" to all of our volunteers and adopters for helping to make this possible. With such success comes the desperate need of donations and more volunteers for the cats and kittens that are waiting for adoption. We are always in need of :

Foster Homes.

Who We Are
Almost Home Adoptions is a non-profit, 501c3, rescue and adoption organization for cats. We are dedicated to helping end the over population of unwanted, displaced cats and kittens by finding loving homes through adoption. We provide excellent care during this transitional time starting with a wellness check. This includes testing for FeLV/FIV (feline leukemia and feline AIDS), vaccinations and most importantly spaying/neutering.
Almost Home Adoptions positively affects the lives of animals by providing excellent care and we provide a personal adoption program. We create happiness by bringing kitties and people together.

We offer a cage free enviroment to the cats we receive aiding in their mental and physical health. This also tends to be a more personalized setting where the cat and prospective adopter can choose each other freely. Our cats are ready to go home, having been spayed/neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV and vaccinated.
