We are a small county shelter located in the Sacramento Valley in California. We have only 14 dog kennels, no outside runs, and 20 cat cages.
Our 501(c)(3) non-profit group, Friends of Colusa County Animal Shelter, has made many improvements in the past years. Visit our website www.foccas.org.

OFFICE HOURS: Monday thru Friday 2 - 3 pm and some Saturdays and Sundays.
We also are available by appointment.

SPAY/NEUTER REQUIRED
All of our animals must be spayed and neutered within 30 business days of adoption per CA state law (pending appropriate age).

ADOPTION FEES: $10.00 per animal.
We charge a refundable spay/neuter deposit- $40 for cats, $50 for dogs.
We are happy to work with Rescues. We just need proof of your 501(c)(3) status.
