1. Once you select an animal, you will be asked to complete an application form. Please e-mail info@fuzzyrescue.org for an application and be sure to include the animal's name in the subject of your e-mail.
2. Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted (via phone or e-mail) to be scheduled for a "meet and greet" with the animal at one of our adoption locations, and an orientation session with one of our adoptions counselors.
3. There may be a home-check for potential adoptions.
4. You will then be asked to sign a contract with Fuzzy Dog and Cat Rescue, and pay an adoption fee/donation.
5. Once all requirements are fulfilled, the animal will be released to you.
