Foster Families are needed.. We provide you with everything you need for your foster pet: crate, food ,medical care. You provide the home, love and attention. Who We Are

Pet Haven Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization founded in Murrieta, California 2004. Pet Haven Rescue is an all-volunteer organization. We do not have an "office", nor do we have paid staff. All volunteers have full-time jobs and spend their evenings and weekends rescuing dogs and cats from the animal shelters and caring for them in our homes. Our rescued pets are kept in our homes as members of our families. Adoption fees and donations are the sole support of our all-volunteer, non-profit organization.

Adopting a friend

All Adoption fees go directly to help pay for medical expenses, spaying/neutering, vaccinations,boarding and food for our rescue animals. Adoption fees include the cost of the surgical sterilization as well as vaccinations. Email us for an application: We reserve the right to refuse or deny any application.

Cats and Kittens

Spayed or neutered, Current on vaccinations , De-fleaing , De-worming . Cats will not be adopted as mouse chasers, However, we do occasionally have barners. Pet Haven Rescue does NOT allow declawing of any cat adopted. However, we do rescue cats that have been previously declawed.

Dogs and Puppies

All dogs are spayed/neutered, Current on shots, Dewormed, Frontline on for fleas Most Microchip Dogs are not adopted as Guard Dogs or Yard Dogs. All our animals are adopted as companion animals and are part of your family. You must have a secure fenced yard.

Dry and Canned Cat Food, Dog Biscuits, Small Rag Rugs (washable), Towels and Blankets, Pet Toys, Kongs, Balls, Office Supplies, Boarding , Kitty litter, Foster Families and of course.... Money ..

Your donations can help us purchase: Spay/Neuter: $100, Vaccinations $25, Leash, halter, bowls: $25, Grooming: $50, Dental Cleaning: $200, Vet Visit: $55, Blood tests: $200, Bladder Stone Removal: $750, Surgery: $1,000. Won't you please help us with a tax deductible donation?

We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here.

Training!

We recommend CAT'Z K-9 Dog Training for positive Reinforcement dog training. Her motto is "Training Both Ends of the Leash". She does private in home training, board and training, specializes in small group classes in several locations, and is a Certified Dog Trainer. Discounts available to adopted dogs. Day Camp and Boarding!
