Our Featured Pet...
Riker is Our Featured Pet. Riker is a Terrier mix? male about 2 years old. When he originally came to rescue he was scared and shaking. I almost gave up on him to be honest. My boyfriend asked me to please continue working with him and I did. He has been well worth it. I can't say that he is the best dog I have ever had because I love them all but he has just blossemed. He would be a great kids dog as he loves to play ball. He is easy and quite and has just a great spunky personality. He is the Featured Pet because he has been in rescue way to long partly my fault. He is so easy to have around that I tend to leave him at home alot instead of putting him out there to get adopted. Well that is just not fair to him, he needs his own home. Companion Pet Rescue is a private rescue and has been functioning now for 16 years. As an individual I do everything I can to make each and every dog that comes through my doors made ready for a new home.
