Cats and kittens are currently available for viewing at Petsmart in Tracy every day of the week for the last two weeks of every month.. Adoption faires are held on the last two Sundays of the month from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Petsmart to show available dogs/puppies. We will be at the Pampered Pet in Tracy on the first two Sundays of every month from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you are interested in a cat/kitten that is up for adoption at Petsmart, please contact us at 209-546-1517 and leave a message on our voice mail system. Calls will be returned within 24 hours.

We are in need of Cat/kitten and Dog/Puppy Foster homes. We provide all necessary supplies. YOU PROVIDE LOVE, A SAFE TEMPORARY HOME AND CARING.
Who We Are
Animal Rescue of Tracy rescues abandoned animals in the City of Tracy as well as the surrounding community. We are a non-profit, all volunteer animal rescue organization. We are small group of caring individuals who do what they can for the animals "most in need".
We rely solely on donations. We are not funded by the government or any other agency.
Adopting a friend
Cats and kittens are fostered in our homes and given vaccinations as well as being spayed/neutered when old enough. They are also handled a great deal so they are more socialized and can be ready to fit into their new homes!!!
Dogs and puppies are required to have home studies prior to adoption. We are currently giving priority to homes within a 1 hour radius of Tracy. We will consider homes up to 1 1/2 hour radius of Tracy. These measures are due to time and gas price constraints. We do not adopt out of the state of California. We require written proof from landlords on rental properties prior to home studies. Any home that currently has a dog and is interested in one of our puppies that's under one year, we prefer that the established pet is no older than 7 years of age. Adoptions are for applicants only, we don't adopt pets as gifts or presents.
