SoCA Keeshond Rescue is seeking temporary homes for Keeshond rescue dogs. A key component of SoCA Keeshond Rescue's rescue program is the foster home. Without adequate numbers of foster homes, we are limited in how many Keeshond dogs we can take in at one time. The principle behind fostering is to provide the dogs entrusted to our care with a home environment in order to evaluate their habits and behavior, and to offer the new owner more information on the dog, as well as acclimate the rescue dog to home life. SoCA Keeshond Rescue needs caring, responsible Keeshond lovers to join our foster home team by opening their homes and their hearts to our rescued Keeshond dogs! Foster care is very rewarding to our foster families--and it makes a tremendous difference in the life of a Keeshond rescue dog!

Who We Are
Southern California Keeshond Rescue Inc. is a 100% volunteer 501(c)(3) non profit charitable organization that rescues Keeshond dogs from animal shelters where they face possible euthanasia, and from owners who are unable or unwilling to care for them. We rescue and place Keeshond dogs throughout Southern California. Our Keeshond rescue dogs live in foster homes while they await forever homes. Keeshond rescue dogs are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and examined by our veterinarian prior to adoption. Monetary donations are most helpful and are tax deductible.

Please visit our website http://www.foreverkees.org for information on our adoption process. The adoption process includes completion of an adoption application, a home visit and a lifetime adoption contract with qualified owners in the Southern California area only.
Don't wait for the dog of your dreams to appear before you apply! He may may be adopted by someone else before we've approved your application. It's better to apply first, then start looking for your perfect match! SoCA Keeshond Rescue, Inc. reserves the right to deny any application. Please be aware that the adoption process is not on a first come, first served basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible homes for our Keeshond rescue dogs. All applicants are subject to an approval process, so your patience is appreciated.
