Who We Are

We are a small rescue organization who serves the critters who come into our path and need help. Our goal is to get these precious little fur-children off the streets and into loving homes.

We discourage ALL breeding. We refuse to ignore estimates as high as 280,000,000 dogs and cats are being killed in shelters every decade due to the overwhelming supply of pets in relationship to the dearth of good homes. How many is 280,000,000? That is the current human population of the United States!

What We Don't Do

Sorry, we DO NOT take in any animals whether you found them or whether they are your own family member.

Please reconsider giving up your friend! This will be the single most traumatic event in your pet's life!

And NEVER NEVER bring any dog or cat to a pound where it may be killed. Instead, contact rescues on how to place the animal in a loving, permanent home if you can't keep him or her. You can always kennel a stray while you advertise and look for the owner or new family.

Adopt a Best Friend

We look for individuals who have the heart and mind to provide for the needs of these important furry friends who so desperately look to us for a kind word and a warm bed.

Can You Be a "Foster Angel"?

Will you consider fostering a dog or cat for 2-4 months? This is one of the single most important contributions you can make to getting animals off the street, out of the pounds and eventually into loving, permanent homes. There are a number of rescues that need help. We recommend you only work with rescues that do NOT EVER kill or give animals to pounds. See the list of rescues in your area.
