Thinking of Adopting? Don't forget to consider less adoptable pets....they will thank you forever!

Hi there, my name is Georgia Peach.
I would like to tell you my story; it started really-really sad but eventually became a fairy tale!
I’m only a year old but I have encountered a lot of unkind people: some were mean to me, other were indifferent. But there's been a lot of pain in my life – that’s a fact!
Being a sweet and outgoing girl, I don’t hold it against them.
It’s all started when I was living in my family's backyard and one very evil-spirited person threw a ball at me and broke my back.
I don’t why this person decided to do such a thing; but it was a very bad thing to do!
Unfortunately, my family could not provide me with any veterinary help and they didn’t really want me either.
I was in a lot of pain and in dire need of surgery; my rear legs were paralyzed and I was quietly crawling around with my front paws.
My family finally found somebody who agreed to take me off their hands. But the person who got me couldn’t help me either.
To make things worse this person had a lot of kitties and a lot of them were very sick.
This person put me in a cage and I lived there until Unconditional Love Animal rescue learned about me.
They convinced that person to surrender me to the rescue group.
Whoo-hoo!
Was that the greatest moment of my life?! I was taken to the best surgeon in town; he took x-rays and checked me out thoroughly.
He said I was very-very lucky and my bones grew together correctly and I won’t have any life-lasting problems with my legs or my back.
He did say, though, that I lost some muscle tone in my rear legs from not using them for so long. He said that I‘m on my way to a better life!
I like people despite all the bad stuff that happened in my life; I even enjoy being around people.
You see, I’m quite a chatter-box and I sure like to tell my foster mom how my day went.
I am a very neat and orderly girl who loves to lounge on a comfy kitty bed.
I would prefer not to share my new family with other feline residents; I hope it’s not too much to ask!
Yes, I know I’m not a cute tiny tot or some purebred princess but I am a princess who pardoned people for what they did to me.
I moved on and opened my heart. Will you open your heart to me - please?
With love, Georgia Peach.
