WELCOME TO RATTIE RATZ

Rattie Ratz was established in 1998 and has grown into one of the largest non-profit rescue organizations in the county dedicated exclusively to domestic pet RATS and other small animals. Rattie Ratz operates a limited access rescue and accepts needy rats from local overwhelmed shelters. We are dedicated to responsible pet guardianship, a lifelong commitment to companion animals and a respect for all animal life. Improving the lives of small animal companions and their guardians is the primary focus of our rescue efforts.

Although we make every attempt to keep our petfinder photos up-to-date, we do tend to get backlogged in uploading current photos to the web. We *always* have rats available for adoption, MANY more than will ever be shown online. If you are looking for a special needy animal, you really should make an appointment to view all of our adoptable animals. If you are interested in anyone listed on petfinder and they have already been adopted, we probably have many others, just like that one, that are also in dire need of excellent homes. Please consider opening your heart and home to a needy animal!
