Meet Our Girl Tilly!

Tilly

Tilly is an eight year old, seventy eight pound Labrador mix who is incredibly affectionate. This sweet and easy-going girl loves nothing more than to hang out with her human friends, lounging and relaxing. She enjoys her stuffed toys, bully sticks and hanging out under a shady tree watching the squirrels play. Tilly is extremely low maintenance- short, easy walks or daily yard time would be more than enough to make her happy. She would be a lovely addition to any family as their only dog. Being turned into a shelter this late in life is a very unsettling experience and Tilly deserves to live the rest of her life in a happy, loving environment.

Tilly does not do well in a shelter situation so we are desperately searching for a new foster home or a new family of her own. Please call the shelter at (818) 242-1128 or email GHS if you would like to foster or adopt Tilly.

Who We Are

Glendale Humane is a non-profit, donor-supported rescue organization. For over 80 years, GHS has worked to find safe, loving homes for unwanted dogs and cats. We are a No-Kill facility - we care for our animals until they find permanent homes.

Adopting a friend

The addition of a companion animal to one's family is a major decision that should be considered a life-long commitment. At Glendale Humane Society, we make every effort to match the individual needs of our dogs and cats with a potential adopter's lifestyle. Please visit our web site at: www.glendalehumane.org to learn more about our shelter, our programs, or to start the adoption process by completing an adoption application for one of our wonderful companion animals!
