Boxer Rescue Los Angeles is a non-profit animal rescue founded in 1977. Our goal is to rescue Boxers in need and to provide temporary housing, training and medical care to abandoned, abused, and relinquished boxers while they await adoption. BRLA's adoption process includes screening, matching, and follow-up to ensure successful placements. We are run by a dedicated staff and volunteers and funded solely by private donations, adoption donation, fundraising events and grants. BRLA is dedicated to increasing successful pet-family relationships and reducing homeless animal populations through education. We successfully place between 700 - 800 boxers into permanent homes annually.
