Thank you for visiting our page. North Star Pet Assistance is a small breed dog rescue, as well as a cat rescue. We rescue other pets as well such as birds, fish, guinea pigs, and hamsters. We are currently geting a dozen or so calls a day to rescue animals and we are trying to help as much as possible. We are always in need of foster homes for our pets since we do not have a facility. Our rescue group is ran by volunteers who have families with young children. Our volunteers also work full time jobs. North Star relies on donations only to continue to save the animals and unfortunately donations from private parties are currently at all time low. Our volunteers donate their own personal time and money to keep the rescue alive.

If interested in adopting, please email the person listed in the body of the pet's ad. Due to limited volunteer time, we are sorry, but we do not return phone calls without a submitted application.
