Animal Shelter Assistance Program (ASAP) is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization that takes care of the cats and kittens at the Santa Barbara County Animal Shelter. ASAP provides humane care for these animals and works to eliminate the practice of euthanizing them for reasons other than terminal health and/or serious behavior problems.

Adopting a friend

The cost for adopting a cat or kitten is $65. The cats you adopt from us will be spayed or neutered, and up to date in all required vaccinations. Please contact us for further information.
