Los Banos Animal Shelter

Los Banos Animal Shelter

Lost or Found

Contact the shelter at 209-827-7089 to file a lost or found report. You can send a brief description and picture to: rescuelaurel@earthlink.net . Please be sure to check the shelter frequently for a lost pet. Sometimes what is described to us is not what we see! Please microchip your pet - we have had a few dogs that have been found at our shelter but came from other cities - Hollister, Fresno, Gilroy. Well meaning people sometimes pick up a lost dog and bring them back to Los Banos where they live and then the dog gets away from them. Microchipping will help get them back to you but you still must check the shelter - not all dogs are friendly in the shelter and do not allow us close enough to scan them.

Please remember, help us make our jobs obsolete-SPAY & NEUTER your pets! You can help to reduce unwanted animal populations by sponsoring a spay or neuter.
