Anyone who adopts a dog from Bird Dog Relief and Rescue is entitled to two free session with Brad at Higgins Gun Dogs (www.higginsgundogs.com).
Adopting A Friend
If you are interested in adopting a dog from Bird Dog Relief and Rescue, please call Christina at 530-274-3353. After completing a phone interview and home check evaluation, Christina will determine if an appropriate match can be made.
All potential adopters should have a fenced yard and be prepared to list references.
Who We Are
Nestled in the foothills of Northern California is Bird Dog Relief and Rescue. Our mission is to provide rescued bird dogs a second chance for success; success in the field and in a new forever home as a member of the family. This mission is accomplished through consistent leadership, proper training techniques, and a supportive environment.
Each bird dog has been started on a pathway towards becoming a happy, balanced dog. Each adopter is selected by virtue of being a pack leader who can help the bird dog reach its full potential.
