Premier was awarded a large grant for the spay and neuter of feral cats in a specific geographical area of Vacaville. Our resources are combined with those of other rescue groups to make this a successful venture. 

Who We Are

Premier Cats and Kittens is a non-profit animal rescue group. Our primary goal is to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats by promoting spay and neuter  programs.  We do  take animals from Solano County Animal Care and place them in all volunteer foster homes. As much as we love to foster and find new homes for dogs and cats, the only way to significantly decrease the euthanasia rate in our area is to spay and neuter 70% of the population.
