California Miniature Schnauzer Rescue rescues Miniature Schnauzers and Miniature Schnauzer mixes from shelters in northern California and in the Los Angeles area and also rescues Schnauzers who are surrendered directly to us by owners who are unable to keep their dogs for one reason or another.
The rescue committee of the Miniature Schnauzer Club of Northern California are members of California Miniature Schnauzer Rescue. We also work closely with the rescue committee of the Miniature Schnauzer Club of Southern California, with Miniature Schnauzers and Friends Rescue, and with other rescue groups.
Our goal is to match each dog and with an adopter whose living situation is well matched to the particular dog's characteristics, so that the adoption experience will bean enjoyable one for both the dog and the adopters for the rest of the dog's life.
