Sydney, a 9 yr old black Lab/Shepherd mix. She's still young for her breed, she healthy, active, and a sweetheart! She would be a good companion, she loves to be with her person. Sydney is well trained, but she does have some issues with other females, however, gets along fine with males, and she's great with cats.

Grand-Paws is currently looking for fosters. If you would like to foster a senior dog please email us at grandpawsrescue@aol.com or call (661) 286-2066. We pay for food and vet care, you just give them a loving home and some basic training. Fosters need to understand that senior dogs don't get adopted very quickly, so it could be long term. You could help save a life!
Who We Are
Grand-Paws is a non-profit dog rescue where primarily large breed senior dogs can live out their lifes here or in one of our foster homes: happy, safe and loved. We do at times look for permanent homes for some of our more adoptable dogs. However, we choose the larger breed seniors because they are less likely to get adopted.
