Our Featured Pet...

Meet Dolce!!! This young sweetheart loves other playful dogs her size and has tons of fun romping around. Dolce would love to be adopted by an active human, because she loves to run, jog, hike, or just go on long walks. She can get excited when you first come home, etc., but she also loves to mellow out and sleep with you on the couch! Dolce just graduated a 4-week training program (a $2100 value!) at a facility in Tarzana. This facility guarantees its graduates' training for life! Follow up training sessions are free for her adopters.

Who We Are

The Rascal & Chloe Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to finding homes for abandoned animals on the streets and in city shelters, physically helping and funding solutions for the problem of pet overpopulation and following through to ensure forever homes for the helpless animals that fall into our paths.

Adopting a friend

All potential adopters are carefully screened through our adoption process: If you're interested in an animal, we'll ask that you fill out a questionnaire, which we will review to ensure you and the pet you are interested in adopting are a good match. You will be asked to submit to a "house-check" to determine the level of safety and adequacy of the area for the pet. An adoption fee of $125 (cats) or $150 (dogs) is required and you must sign an adoption contract agreement, which ensures that if, for any reason, you are unable to keep the pet, he/she to be returned to The Rascal & Chloe Fund only. Finally, we personally deliver your new family member to your home. Any additional donation would be greatly appreciated, and this portion will be tax-deductible. The donation goes to pay for all of the other animals in our care, many of which come to us with injuries or medical conditions that require treatment. The Rascal and Chloe Fund survives solely on donations and it is for this reason that the adoption fee is non-negotiable. The Rascal & Chloe Fund, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the adoption process at any time if the home situation or adoptive family has been misrepresented, if certain information was withheld, or if the pet is determined to be a better match with another family.
