Who We Are

TLC is a small dog rescue organization whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home abandoned and neglected dogs, saving them from certain death in the local shelters. Our focus is on small breeds such as Chihuahuas, Poodles, Shih Tzus,
Maltese, and Terriers to name few. Every TLC dogs is spayed or
neutered, micro-chipped, up-to-date on their shots (including
rabies) and licensed for Ventura County. Micro-chip
registration and licensing is transferred over to the new owners at
time of adoption. |
