Our Featured Pet...
We are registered breed rescuers for Bichon Frise, Dachshund, Maltese, and Yorkshire Terriers. From time to time we also rescue other breeds such as Mexican Hairless, Beagle, Golden Retriever and the occasional Great Dane or Huskie.

Who We Are
For The Animals Foundation has been a compassionate presence in the Southern California South Bay area for over twenty five years. We are an all volunteer, non-profit organization founded in 1983. Our mission is to find good homes for as many unwanted dogs as possible.
We visit local county animal shelters and purchase dogs that are about to be euthanized. Our dogs are bathed, groomed, nursed to good health if injured, spayed or neutered, and given their shots. We care for them in volunteer foster homes until they can be adopted into a permanent and loving home.

We hold dog adoptions twice per month in Redondo Beach, California and limit our dog placements to the general South Bay area around Los Angeles.
