Rocking Horse Ranch is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization providing a variety of programs to the local community on a no-fee basis. Each program is designed to use Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and horsemanship as an outreach to youth and young adults struggling with life's challenges. Many have experienced various forms of trauma such as physical and sexual abuse, neglect and abandonment. Working with horses and doing therapy on an experiential level has proven to be much more effective than conventional “office” techniques.
