Bill Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and finding permanent, loving homes for dogs impounded at high kill shelters in the Los Angeles area. Like many grassroots organizations across the country, Bill Foundation has chosen to face the pet overpopulation problem head on. Working locally in Los Angeles, our goal is to place healthy, adoptable animals in new and loving homes while aiding in the fight against pet overpopulation.
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs please go to our Website and fill out an adoption application. Our adoption process has several steps, the application is the first. If we place a dog with you there is an adoption contract and we ask for a minimum donation of $300.
We hold adoptions most Sundays from 11AM-3PM at Healthy Spot- 1110 Wilshire Boulevard- Santa Monica, CA 90401. Please check our website for adoption fair dates.
