Our Featured Pet...
Lucy was rescued from the Monterey Animal Shelter where she was brought in as a stray. She is not tattooed; her age is estimated to be between 1 and 2 years. She is very sweet and affectionate, and very much a puppy. Being very active and enthusiatic, her play may be too rough for small animals. Her ideal home will have a relatively large back yard for exercise with someone home to play with her. Older kids would be great; small kids might get knocked over during play. Obedience training would be a good strategy with this responsive girl.

Who We Are
Greyhound Friends For Life was formed to maximize greyhound adoptions in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Northern California, and to more effectively address the plight of the racing greyhound.
Greyhound Friends For Life is a nonprofit, all-volunteer greyhound adoption and advocacy organization, dedicated to finding loving and qualified homes for former racing greyhounds and to educating the public about the inherent cruelties within the greyhound racing industry.
