we are private rescuers in the long beach, california area. we do not take dogs from the public. we have rescued dogs from the street or dogs from the public shelters that risked euthanasia. we are committed to our dogs and to finding them the homes that best match their breeds and personalities.
adopting a friend
after reading about our dogs, we invite you to complete an application, which we can send via email. after considering your application, if we believe there is a match, we will set up a meeting. when meeting the dog, it is best to bring all of your household members--including other pets. upon a successful meeting, the next step would be a home visit to see if your home is a safe and healthy environment for your prospective new family member. there is an adoption fee, once we have made an agreement to place the dog in your home.
