We desperately need dog walkers! While our dogs do get out in the yard to stretch their legs, they would surely enjoy some one on one time at the park. Please contact us at the shelter for more information about volunteering.
We are always looking for foster homes for dogs in our care who need a little bit of time out of the shelter environment while they are awaiting their new homes. Please let us know if you are able to open your home to a dog or puppy who just needs a little bit of extra loving
We provide quality medical care, nutrition, socialization, exercise, and a progressive animal evaluation program to carefully select the RIGHT home for the success and well being of our animals.
We are responsible for picking up stray dogs, transporting injured animals to receive veterinarian care, investigating dog biting incidents, abandonment, and excessive barking complaints.
We are committed to ensure owners are more responsible for the care and control, spaying and or neutering and licensing of their pets through education. In turn providing our Community with a safe, healthy and caring environment for our animals and citizens.
Please remember that a pet is a lifelong commitment. Keep their life span in mind when you adopt.
Monday to Saturday 9am - 4:30pm by appointment only
Volunteers are welcome.
*Please note: Dog walkers wishing to join others for group walking should contact the shelter
