Who We Are
A registered charity that operates a trap, neuter and return (TNR) program for feral and stray cats (preferably in colony situations) in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. We currently are focussed on helping people with their homeless cats in Vancouver and Burnaby.
If volunteers are available, a trapper may be assigned to assist. If we do not have a volunteer trapper available, we may ask the person(s) caring for the cats to trap their own cats. Trapper training will be provided along with a trap to borrow. A deposit cheque is required for the value of the trap and is fully reimbursable upon return of the trap in good condition.
After the cats have been assessed and fixed, our general policy is to return feral adult cats and mature kittens to their location of origin for care by the people that asked us for help. Young kittens will be removed and placed in an approved shelter for care, taming and assessed as to whether they are suitable candidates for adoption.
Our goal is to improve the lives of the stray cats and the people that we help and we do the best that we can!
