Thinking of adopting a kitten? If so, please remember...kittens are only cute bundles of fluff for a very short time (less than a year!)...after that you'll be sharing your life with an adult cat who could live up to 15 years! Are you ready to make that kind of commitment? If so, contact the shelter and we will do our best to find the purrfect kitty for you.P.S. If you just want to enjoy the "kitten phase" but don't want to own a cat longterm, why not consider FOSTERING? It's a great way to help out animals in need...we provide food, litter & vet care...all you need to do is provide LOVE! For more information about our FOSTER PROGRAM, please contact the shelter...the animals will be truly greatful!!!

Welcome to the Squamish S.P.C.A. We are a branch of the B.C.S.P.C.A that serves the Squamish area,Britannia Beach, Brackendale, Whistler and Pemberton.
Our Supervisor and our dedicated staff are here to provide the best possible care for all the creatures at the shelter. We are committed to ensuring that unwanted and homeless animals are adopted into loving homes, where they will be cherished and cared for...for the rest of their lives.

Visiting and Adoption hours for the Squamish SPCA are:Monday & Tuesday CLOSED
Wednesday to Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm - 3:00pm Adoption Fees:
Adult Cats (6months & up) = $90.00
Kittens = $125.00 Dogs = $145 Puppies = $195
