Our Featured Pet!

Rocky is a neutered male 10-month-old Cocker Spaniel/Chihuahua who loves to be your "Velcro Dog." He will happily accompany you on all of your errands, follow you around the house and yard, sit on your lap for hours, and sleep on your bed. Rocky does not like solitude, the result of being abandoned when his previous "owners" moved away and left him to fend for himself. Rocky weighs 14 lbs., and gets along great with other dogs and puppies his size. He has no fear of big dogs, and sleeps with cats although he likes to get them to run so he can play tag with them. Rocky is current on all vaccinations; completely housebroken, doggie door trained, and leash trained. A great companion dog for someone who wants a little dog that can accompany them everywhere. Who We Are...

Noah's Ark was founded in 1999 by a group of friends who wanted to make a difference in the lives of homeless pets. Since it's inception in 1999, Noah's Ark has placed over 10,000 homeless animals in lifelong, loving homes! Supported solely by donations, memberships and adoption fees, Noah's Ark is comprised of a network of talented and dedicated volunteers whose goal is to "adopt one-by-one, until there are none." Noah's Ark serves as an adoption placement agency for hundreds of dogs and cats each year. Our volunteers partner with various rescue organizations and shelters to re-home unwanted or abandoned animals. Our volunteers conduct marketing, adoption match-making, weekend adoption events, fundraising, and temporary foster care to promote the adoption of family-friendly pets.

Adopting a Friend...

Interested in Adopting? Complete Our Matchmaking Questionnaire!

If you see a potential new friend on our site and want to know how the two of you can get together, just contact us with the name of the cat or dog and description. Please complete and return (via e-mail or fax) our Matchmaking Questionnaire. This tool helps us match the preferences of potential adopters with the individual needs and personality of our pets. Our volunteers provide one-on-one consultation with every potential adopter, answering questions and helping people choose the animal best suited to their lifestyle and family. All of our pets are fostered in the homes of experienced volunteers who learn their unique personalities and provide individual attention, maximum socialization, and basic training in a cage-free environment. Many of our pets are fostered in homes with children and other pets, making them more adaptable to similar environments in their adoptive homes.

Noah's Ark holds adoption events every weekend. Our adoption headquarters are located at the PETsMART store at 7th Ave. and Bell Rd.

Meet your match every weekend!

Our adoption hours are: every Sunday from 11 am to 3:00pm, and Saturdays based on volunteer availability

You Can Help!

100% of your tax-deductible donation helps the animals! Can't adopt? Short on time? You can still make a difference by sending your donation today! $5 vaccinates one pet. $40 neuters a cat. $65 sterilizes a small dog. $125 sterilizes a large dog. $100 provides medical care for sick or injured pets in our foster care system. Mail your donation to: Noah's Ark, P.O. Box 5391, Glendale, AZ 85312 Thanks!

We would be so grateful for donations of ANY kind of cat food- opened bags are just fine! Our community outreach project is in great need of cat food- we assist spayed/neutered cats living in desperate situations.

We also would be very appreciative for the assistance of people interested in collecting donations of towels, blankets, newspaper, laundry soap, and paper towels. We are always looking for experienced and knowledgeable puppy foster homes! If you are interested in fostering puppies or collecting donations, please send an email to ladywriter01@cox.net
