Who We Are
We are a very small city run facility in located in Northern Arizona just south of the Navajo Reservation. Our shelter contains 11 dog kennels, eight cat kennels and two dedicated animal care and control professionals. We intake strays and owner surrenders from the town of Holbrook, and surrounding areas, as well as, some overflow from Navajo County Animal Control. Our approximate animal population runs between 25-35 animals per week. We are NOT a no-kill facility. Obviously, overpopulation is a serious issue for us and we strive to find suitable homes for as many animals as possible.

DOGS:
Our adoption fees for unaltered dogs are $50.00-$55.00 for out of city residents and include spay or neuter and a 1 year rabies vaccination. For Holbrook city residents the cost is $55.00-$60.00 and includes the spay or neuter, 1 year rabies vaccination plus a 1 year license.
The cost for previously sterilized dogs runs a low $25.00 and includes a 1 year rabies vaccination.
CATS:
Unaltered cat adoption fees are $25.00-$35.00 and includes the spay or neuter. Previously sterilized cat adoption cost is $15.00.
All adoption fees must be paid in full before the animal is allowed to leave the shelter. Any animal over the age of three months must also be spayed and/or neutered and receive a rabies vaccination prior to possession.
