News - RABIES CLINIC / Saturday January 20th 2010 at 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Cost is $20.00 and will be held at All Creatures Clinic located at 655 E 4th St, in Benson, AZ. If any questions call the Shelter at 586-3600. Arizona has increased impound fines for unvaccinated dogs. $20.00 for this shot will save hundreds of dollars later.
Who We Are
The Benson Animal Shelter is a division of the Benson Police Department and is operated by the City of Benson. Our facility is dedicated to finding homes for the animals left abandoned, surrendered and lost within the City Limits. We maintain our shelter with the caring efforts and donations from our community along with the City of Benson. Our volunteers work daily with all our animals to increase socialization and training skills.
Adopting a friend
We are open to the public between 12:00 and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday or by appointment. If you are interested in adopting one of our animals or would liked to be placed on a waiting list for a certain breed please call Paul at ( 520) 586-3600 or (520)265-0110
Come Visit Us!
We are located at 104 Harvest Way in the City of Benson. From I-10 take the 304 exit and go North on Ocotillo Rd. Just after Denny's take a right on to Darby Street. At the end of Darby Street take a right on Madison and then your first left on Harvest Way. We are the only complex with animal paintings on the walls. Hope to see you soon.
