DOG RESCUE

Our Pet List!

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to stop the flow of unwanted animals into shelters that euthanize pets. We accomplish this by providing our lost/found service, education, adoptions, and by collaborating on a pet lost/found line. We assist lost/found dogs in finding their way home. We also provide seminars on a variety of pet topics. If you would like us to make a presentation to your organization, please e-mail us. Thanks!

We are now offering a series of fundraising seminars to help homeless animals. Only $5. Seminars are held in the community room of the Mesa Petco store (Longmore/Southern). Directions are below, followed by our donation needs: $350 needed for the animal sanctuary by October 15th. Clare Rhoads, M.C. is offering 15 hours of family mediation services for just $20/hour to help us to meet our needs. Please e-mail us at evcorstraydogs@hotmail.com or phone to make an appointment at 480-755-7343. You can use your hour to talk through a difficult subject, negotiate family rules that everyone can live with, or decide on issues concerning seperation/divorce/custody. It is important for all animal lovers to have the very complete knowledge they can so that they can assist their friends and family members with their animal questions. We are also offering literally hundreds of phone and computer opportunities to help animals who have been lost/found and to help animals who are no longer wanted by their families. We manage hundreds of cases and we would like to put one helper in charge of each dog/cat case.

The Animal Rescue Resource Training will help you have the information you need to help animals.

Have you ever wondered what to do when you find a stray dog or cat or lose your own dog or cat?

Has anyone ever asked you what resources are available to help an unwanted dog or cat be re-homed?

Do you know where the lowest cost sterilization, vaccination, microchipping and vet services are?

Has anyone ever asked you what to do to curb their dog/cat’s problem behavior?

Would you like to know where the local bird, reptile, horse and wildlife rescue groups are?

Do you know the correct procedure to follow if you suspect animal cruelty or neglect?

Have you ever wondered what services are out there to help the animal victims when their people suddenly pass away, are placed in hospice, going into assisted living, entering the hospital, being deployed for military service or are in a domestic violence situation?

Do you know who the major animal rescue/welfare organizations are, what they do, and how you can help them to help even more animals?

You will learn the answers to these questions and more at the How you Can Help Animals--Animal Rescue Resource Training. Part of this training will overlap with the next training.

Please join us for our next How you Can Help Animals--Animal Rescue Resource Training. You do not need to become a volunteer with us to attend the training.
