Our Featured Pets...Tonka and TwoCoat
Tonka and TwoCoat are around 5-6 years old and they have escaped death for yet a second time - They are very special, and would LOVE to go to a home together!! They know it's a lot to ask someone to take on two big dogs - but they are really great boys and have been together all their lives. They get along with other dogs, they are house broke, they walk on leads good (though tend to pull just a little at first) They just need a big back yard to run in and a family to love them!!!

HBK-9's DOES NOT adopt any puppies under the age of 6 months (unaltered) out of state. We also do NOT SHIP our dogs, any new adopter will have to make arrangements to come and pick their new family memeber up from us in person!
Who We Are
Homeward Bound K-9's is a 501(c)3, non profit organization, based solely on contributions from animal lovers like you! We rescue our dogs from area kill shelters, strays, and sometimes owner reliquished pets as well. We fully vet all of our dogs giving them any care needed. We try to learn as much as we can about each dog individually and then try to locate a special forever home for each and every one of them!
Adopting a friend
Homeward Bound K-9's does have an application process. We do vet reference checks and home visits before we let any dog go to its new forever home! We always keep in mind what is best for each individual dog when screening potential adopters. Not every dog is the same, and some require something unique or special, and we try to find it for them!! All adoption fees are noted under each individual dog.
