Our Featured Pets

~ Snowball ~

Snowball is a dainty white adult kitty with beautiful sparkling green eyes. She is a loving little girl who is content to just sit in your lap and be petted. Snowball has a calm temperament and will be very appreciative of someone who will give her lots of love and attention.

Snowball has been spayed and has received her vaccinations. She has been declawed on her front paws, so an indoor home is a must for this sweet girl.

Please inquire at Angels_Care@comcast.net for more information on this very special angel.

~ Lucky ~

We're not so sure that Lucky was adequately named, as he started out in life as an unfortunate victim of circumstance. His family's home exploded and burned, and his human father was killed in the explosion. Then, Lucky thought that his life was looking up for him when he was adopted into a family, who has now decided, after having him for almost two years, to kick him out since he barks and jumps over fences and digs underneath them when left in his backyard. Imagine a dog doing these types of things when left unattended for long periods of time! Since Lucky has demonstrated jumping over a chainlink fence, his new home must come with a privacy fence.

Lucky is a beautiful two and one-half-year-old Yellow Labrador Retriever mixed with Britney Spaniel. This playful and loving boy would enjoy being with a responsible family who will interact with him and make him a part of the family.

Lucky tested negative for heart worms; is up-to-date on his vaccinations, including his Rabies vaccination; is on heart worm preventative; is on flea and tick preventative; and has been neutered.

Please inquire at Angels_Care@comcast.net for more information on this handsome guy.

~ Taffy ~

What a truly wonderful little girl! Taffy is a delightful four-month-old domestic shorthair orange Tabby. In her very short life, she has been hit by an automobile, and Taffy's tail has been removed because it had no sensation and also to prevent infections. Her pelvis was broken in the accident. Taffy's bruised bladder is getting better, and she is beginning to use the litter box. Taffy also takes medicine to help repair the nerve damage to her back end. For now, Taffy is a special needs kitty, and she will need a home where she has very attentive care. Other than her current medical issues, Taffy is a sweet little lovebug who enjoys receiving and giving affection.

Please inquire at Angels_Care@comcast.net for more information on this dainty little angel.

Adopting a friend

Adopting a companion animal is a commitment to care for that pet for the rest of his or her life. The selection and interview process is thorough and not a process that can be rushed. Everyone interested in adopting a pet from Angels' Care must complete an adoption application. An adoption fee helps us defray the cost of the animal's boarding and medical care.

Please click on the individual cat's page for the adoption fee. The adoption fee may include spaying or neutering; all vaccinations they are old enough for, including the Feline Leukemia vaccination and the Rabies vaccination; and testing for Feline Aids and Feline Leukemia. Please note: No test is 100 percent accurate for these viruses.

The adoption fee may include spaying or neutering; all vaccinations they are old enough for, including the Rabies vaccination; and a heartworm test. Specific services included in the adoption fee are also located on the individual dog's page.

Our adoption specialists will work with you to make the best possible match and to make sure you have the information and resources you need to start enjoying your new friend. The adoption process may be time-consuming, but it's well worth it in the end--you adopt a pet who is right for you, and the pet gets a loving permanent home. We reserve the right to deny any application without explanation.
