This beautiful Beagle/Husky mix is named "Toby". Good with other dogs, kids and people. Already neutered and current on shots, understands English, likes to ride, is sweet natured and loving without being needy. Wanna- be hunter but is not a roamer. This boy is a March 2007 model who likes persimmons!

Who We Are
ICARE is a group of caring and concerned citizens of Izard County. We strive to find homes for the homeless pets of our county, and provide low-cost Spay and Neuter Clinics for the community. ICARE does not have a shelter and is supported solely by donations and fundraisers. All animals are kept in foster homes. If you would like to be an ICARE foster or volunteer please contact us.

ICARE meets the second Thursday of each month at the Melbourne Community Building next to City Hall. Snacks at 6:00, meeting starts at 6:30, come, join in the fun and help us make a difference!
