Most lost pets turned into the Arab Animal Shelter or picked up by animal control have no form of identification on them. Sign up for a special numbered identification tag registered with the Arab Animal Control and linked to the Arab Police Department. If your animal is found, this special numbered tag can help ensure his/her safe return home. $5.00 donation per pet. For information, call Arab Police Department at 256-586-8124.
Adopting a friend
The dogs/cats at the animal shelter are in need of good homes and would make wonderful family additions. Arrangements can be made to have the animal in question spayed or neutered before adoption. State Law requires that all animals leaving the shelter be spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption, or as soon as the animal is old enough . Please adopt your next pet here!!
