Butch's Place is a foster home for dogs, run by the Whitfield family. Every dog has a family that wants to love them and welcome them home. Until that home is found, the dogs at Butch's Place are part of our family!


Butch's Place has recently moved north of Memphis, Tennessee. Our new location includes a 2100 square foot indoor heated/cooled kennel, a lake, and acres of fenced play yards! We look forward to the increased quality of life our animals will enjoy, and we will be able to save so many more dogs in the future. We have also added horses to the list of animals we can help, with a dozen or more acres of horse-fenced pasture.

HOWEVER, PetFinder says that we have to re-apply to get a Petfinder page for our current location. We have been a member in good standing of PetFinder for nearly 4 years. Unfortunately, according to PF's Terms of Service, we are not allowed to list on this page animals for adoption that are located outside our previous zipcode. We must start back from the beginning as if we were never approved by PetFinder.
