Who We Are
SFR is a nonprofit, all volunteer rescue located in northeast Alabama. We do not have a facility, all our babies are in foster homes. In 2008 we acheived one of our main goals to start a comprehensive spay/neuter transport program in our commuinty. We have now made many contacts with Pure Breed rescues and have a great network with Crossing Paths Animal Rescue to get more babies to their forever homes. We have placed over 250 animals and have helped other rescues place many more through fostering.

Come Visit Us!
We do not have a shelter facitlity. All our babies are in foster homes. We do have families come visit puppies by appointment only and after a phone interview. We make our babies available all week to include weekends. Contact us to recieve directions and arrange a vist with the puppy you are interested in.
