Who We Are

My name is Lee Hutto. I am the Animal Control officer, Shelter Keeper, Adoption Director, and Crultey Investigator for the City of Jackson. I love my job. It is very rewarding. I love to unite pets with people. There is nothing in this world that makes me happier than seeing a child and a dog playing together. Come by and see the companion dogs today.

Adopting a friend

It is very easy to adopt a companion animal. Just call or come by City Hall here in Jackson. They will be glad to get you in touch with me.

Come Visit Us!

City Hall is located at 400 Commerce Street here in downtown Jackson. The animal shelter is located 2 tenths of a mile off of Rockville Rd. on Gainstown Rd.

Coming Events

The Southwest Alabama Pet Rescue will be having a meeting Monday, July 23 at 5:30pm at City Hall. Please contact me if you are intrested in voluteering. We are just starting this organization up so we will need all the help we can get.
