The Jackson SPCA is proud to offer, in cooperation with local veterinarians, reduced cost spay/neuter of family dogs and puppies. Low income dog owners can participate by contacting the SPCA at 256-451-8401. Vouchers are issued each Saturday 10AM - 2 PM. The amount of co-pay is determined by financial need You do not need to be a resident of Jackson County. Jackson County veterinarians are participating.
